摘　　要：论文在剖析合作储存库服务理念和宗旨的基础上,通过对实现服务宗旨所需条件的分析,其中包括营造良好的文献服务环境、资源保障、技术条件改善等,提出了应从改善服务技术手段,聚合尽可能全面的文献资源,创新服务内容,建立合适的收费制度等4个方面构建服务机制。Based on the service concept and purpose of cooperation repository. The article analyses the conditions to achieve the purpose of service, including creating the good service environment, supporting resources, improving the technical conditions. Then the article proposes the mechanism to build services from four areas： improve service techniques, group literature resources as comprehensive as possible, innovative service content, establish reasonable fee system.
