摘　　要：以CNKI收录的期刊论文数据为样本,从年度分布、期刊分布、作者发文等3个角度,统计2008年—2012年期间国内图书馆界有关图书馆法的研究发展情况,并将这一研究领域的主题进一步细分为图书馆法的立法意义、国外图书馆法引入评介、图书馆法立法内容,以及图书馆法执行实施等4个子主题加以评述。Based on the thesis data collected on CNKI, the present paper reviews the domestic studies on library laws during the period 2008-2012. The papers and theses on CNKI are counted by the distribution of years, journals and authors.Furthermore, the subject is reviewed into four subdivisions： Studies on legislative significance, reviews on foreign library laws, contents of library laws and implementation of library laws.
