摘　　要：在互联网迅速发展的信息时代,数字参考咨询服务中的隐性知识管理研究日益广泛。基于对数字参考咨询服务和隐性知识管理的理解,从提供数字参考咨询服务的图书馆馆员和接受服务的用户两个角度对隐性知识管理进行探讨,并对图书馆数字参考咨询服务中的隐性知识管理的发展趋势进行展望。In the information age, the rapid development of Internet, digital reference service of tacit knowledge management research increasingly widespread. This article is based on the Digital Reference Service and tacit understanding of knowledge management, from providing digital reference services librarian and user acceptance of two angles of tacit knowledge management services to explore, and a library of digital reference service the development trend of tacit knowledge management were discussed.
