我国体育用品国际会展业参展满意度研究——以中国(晋江)鞋博会为例

摘　　要：采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,自编体育用品国际会展满意度量表就第十三届和第十四届国际会展参展满意度现状进行调查研究。采用IPA分析方法对第十四届中国(晋江)鞋博会进行实证性分析。结果表明:展馆人员服务质量、会展主办方服务质量、相关服务质量、展馆设施以及周边配套设施5个维度33个指标构成体育用品国际会展参展满意度测量量表,且量表有良好的信度、效度;体育用品国际会展参展企业对展馆服务人员的质量、展馆内的硬件设施满意度相对较高,是会展主办方应该继续保持的发展优势;展馆周边的配套硬件设施相对较低,是今后政府部门应该建设的重点。It uses literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, etc. to investigate and study the self - made sports goods international conference and exhibition satisfaction scale on the 13th and 14th international conference and exhibition participation satisfaction status. We use the IPA analysis method on the 14th China （Jinjiang） shoes exposition for empirical analysis. Research shows five dimensions： The pavilion staff quality of service, conference and exhibition organizers, service quality, service quality exhibition facilities and surrounding facilities, which including 33 indicators form sports goods international conference and exhibition satisfaction scale, and the scale has good reliability and validity; Sporting goods international conference and exhibition enterprises for the service personnelg quality, the hardware facilities in the pavilion, satisfaction is relatively high, which is the development of conference and exhibition organizers that should continue to maintain the advantage; Pavilion surrounding supporting hardware facilities are relatively low, which is the focus of the government departments should be built in the future.
