摘 要:针对导弹维修过程中,装配工艺较复杂以及用二维图纸和文字描述不直观的问题,提出一种在虚拟环境下进行三维数字化装配工艺设计和装配过程仿真的装配方法。利用现代计算机和网络技术,采用"演绎-归纳"法建立三维装配工艺模型并划分其体系结构,根据不同维修阶段工作人员的互相配合设计了多名操作人员在同一虚拟场景中共同进行装配的方法,并进行人机智能交互的装配工艺可视化仿真。仿真结果证明:该模型实现了导弹整修车间由二维向全三维数字化的转变,增强了信息化条件下的维修能力。In the missile repair process, to solve the problem of complicated assembly process which can’t be described by two-dimensional drawings and text, an assembly method called a kind of 3D digital assembly process design and assembly simulation in virtual environment is put forward. By using the modern computer and network technology, and‘deductive and induction’ method to establish the 3D assembly process model, according to the different stages of repair personnel cooperate with each other, the design realizes the corporate assembly for several operators together in the same virtual environment, which can be visual simulated assembly through human-computer intelligent interaction. Simulation results show that:the model realizes the transformation from 2D to 3D digital for the missile repair workshop, and enhances the repair capacity under the condition of information.
