醒脑益智胶囊对记忆障碍小鼠学习功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究醒脑益智胶囊对小鼠学习记忆获得、巩固、再现障碍模型的影响。方法:小鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,醒脑益智胶囊高、中、低剂量组(179.2,89.6,44.8 mg/kg)及石杉碱甲(0.05 mg/kg),用药组灌胃给药,日2次,连续15 d。分别采用东莨菪碱(5 mg/kg)、亚硝酸钠(120 mg/kg)及40%乙醇(10 mg/kg)复制小鼠记忆获得、巩固和再现障碍模型,跳台法和避暗法研究醒脑益智胶囊对小鼠学习记忆功能的影响。结果:与模型组比较,东莨菪碱模型、乙醇模型中醒脑益智胶囊高剂量组能明显减少5 min内的错误次数,显著延长潜伏期(P<0.05或P<0.01);亚硝酸钠模型中,醒脑益智胶囊中、高剂量组能在一定程度上延长小鼠潜伏期,减少5 min内错误次数(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:醒脑益智胶囊能改善学习记忆获得、促进记忆巩固、利于记忆再现,具有很好的益智作用。Objective：To explore the effect of Xingnao Yizhi capsule on memory improvement in learning and memorizing consolidation of dysmnesia mice. Methods：Mice were divide into normal control group,model group,Huperzine-A group（0.05 mg/kg）,Xingnao Yizhi capsule of high dose group,middle dose group and low dose group（179.2,89.6,44.8 mg/kg）. After the intragastric administration twice a day respectively for 15 days,the learning and memory consolidation of dysmnesia model were induced by scopolamine hydrobromide intraperitoneal injection（5 mg/kg）,NaNO2（120 mg/kg） subcutaneous injection and 40% ethanol（10 mg/kg） respectively. Learning and memory functions of each group were assessed with step-down test and step-through test.Results：Compared with model group,high dose group induced by scopolamine hydrobromide prolonged the latency periods of memory and significantly reduced the error times within 5 mins in dysmnesia groups（P0.05 or P〈0.01） as same as being induced by 40% ethanol. Middle and high dose of Xingnao Yizhi capsule induced by NaNO2prolonged the latency periods of memory and significantly reduced the error times within 5 mins in dysmnesia groups（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusions：Xingnao Yizhi capsule has protective effects on learning and memorizing consolidation of dysmnesia mice,and possesses a certain effect on intelligence promotion.
