尼可地尔联合乌灵胶囊并心理干预治疗不稳定型心绞痛伴焦虑随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察尼可地尔联合乌灵胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛伴焦虑疗效。方法采用随机平行对照方法,将60例不稳定型心绞痛伴焦虑住院患者采用随机分为对照组予治疗组各30例,2组予常规抗凝、抗血小板聚集、他汀类药物治疗。对照组加予尼可地尔,5mg^10mg/次,3次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上加予乌灵胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d,并针对焦虑症状给予心理干预措施,连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测2组临床症状、不良反应。结果治疗组治疗心绞痛总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的76.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗焦虑症状总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的43.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中对照组出现头痛2例,治疗组出现困倦2例,余无不良反应发生,未影响继续观察。结论乌灵胶囊联合尼可地尔并予心理干预措施治疗不稳定型心绞痛伴焦虑疗效满意。值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of nicorandil combined wuling capsule in the treatment of unstable angi-na patients with anxiety. Methods By using random parallel controlled method,60 unstable angina patients with anxiety disor-der were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each of 30 cases. Both group were received conventional treatment include Anticoagulant,antiplatelet aggregation,statin therapy. The control group were treated with Nicorandil 5mg -10 mg/ time,3 times/ day based on the conventional treatment;the treatment group were given wuling capsule,3 tablet / time,3 times/ day and psychological treatment for 2 weeks on the basis of above treatment. To observe the clinical symptoms and side effects after 1 course of 2 weeks. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 93. 3% in treatment of angina pecto-ris,which was higher than 76. 7% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. The total effi-ciency of the treatment group was 96. 7% in treatment of anxiety symptom,which was higher than 43. 3% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. In the course of treatment,the control group had headaches in 2 cases, the treatment group appeared sleepiness in 2 cases. There was no other adverse reaction. Conclusion Nicorandil combined wuling capsule and psychological treatment could significantly improve the prognosis of unstable angina patients with anxiety. It is worthy of clinical application.
