摘　　要：随着科技创新,互联网技术的水平不断提升,计算机网络故障的发生愈发频繁。网络故障是指由于硬件、软件的问题、或者病毒的入侵等而导致网络的故障,阻碍了网络工作的正常运行,给人们带来了很大的不便。为了解决网络故障给我们带来的问题,我们可以学习有关网络故障的一些基础知识,通过对它的了解,能基本解决相关问题,确保计算机的正常使用。along with the innovation ofscience and technology, Internet technology and improve the level ofcomputer network fault, occur more frequently. Network failure is due to hardware, software problems, or vires invasion and lead to network failure, hinder the normal operation of the network work, brought great inconvenience to the people. In order to solve the network fault brings us to the problem, we can learn some basic knowledge about network fault, through the knowledge of it, can solve the related problems, to ensure the normal use of the computer.
