摘  要:目的探讨氯氰菊酯对小鼠大脑及小脑组织的氧化损伤。方法将40只昆明小鼠随机分为4组:即氯氰菊酯(CYP)5、10、20 mg/kg组及双蒸水对照组,连续3周经口灌胃染毒后检测CYP对小鼠大脑及小脑组织MDA含量及GSH-PX、T-SOD、CAT活性的影响。结果各剂量染毒组大脑及小脑组织MDA含量均有升高,与对照组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);GSH-PX、T-SOD、CAT活性均有降低,与对照组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论氯氰菊酯可以引起小鼠大脑及小脑组织的氧化损伤,进而对中枢神经系统产生影响。Objective To study oxidative damage of pesticide cypermethrin (CYP) of mice cerebral cortex and cerebellar cortex. Methods A total of 40 Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups: namely the CYPS, 10, 20mg/kg group and the control group, different doses of CYP were administered to mouse by gavages once daily for three consecutive weeks, the content of MDA and the activities of GSH-PX, T-SOD, CAT in mice brains were determined. Results The contents of MDA increased in all treated group indicated significant differences compared with the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the activities of GSH-Px, T-SOD, CAT decreased in all treated group indicated significant differences compared with the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Cypermethrin can increase oxidative stress in cerebellum and cerebrum of mouse.
