摘 要:实验制备了系列氧乙基(EO)数的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠(AEnSO,n=3,5,7)表面活性剂,对表面活性剂AEnSO的表面张力、临界胶束浓度(cmc值)、耐盐性、乳化性、抗硬水性和泡沫性能进行研究,以考察EO值变化与AEnSO性能的关系。结果表明,随着EO值的增大,AEnSO的表面张力、耐盐性、乳化性、泡沫性能均呈现增强趋势,临界胶束浓度(cmc)逐渐降低。与传统的表面活性剂相比,AEnSO降低表面张力的能力优于十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES),但cmc值大于AES;抗硬水性能优于十二烷基硫酸钠,但略低于AES。A series of alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonates surfactants with different oxyethylene groups (AEnSO, n = 3,5,7) were prepared. The surfaetants properties of AEnSO, such as surface tension, critical micelle concentration (crnc) , salt resistance, emulsifying ability, hard water resistance and foam property, were investigated respectively in order to examine the relationship of the number changing of EO groups and the AEnSO performance. The results show that with EO values increasing AE^SO surface tension, salt resistance, emulsifying ability and foaming properties are growing, and cmc value is decreased gradually. Compared with conventional surfactants, the ability to reduce surface tension of AEnSO is better than that of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (AES), and the cmc value of AEnSO is greater than that of AES. The hard water resistance of AEnSO is better than that of lauryl sodium sulfate, but lower than that of AES.
