摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了稀土元素Nd掺杂的纳米TiO2光催化剂(Nd-TiO2)。通过XRD、SEM、XPS等对NdTiO2样品进行了表征和分析,结果表明:稀土Nd掺杂抑制了纳米TiO2晶粒的生长,,提高纳米TiO2的热稳定性并阻碍其由锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变,在界面处形成的Ti-O-Nd键对纳米TiO2粉体的表面化学态和光催化性能产生影响。以甲基橙作为目标降解物,考察了掺杂量、煅烧温度、煅烧时间对催化剂光催化性能的影响,结果表明:当Nd掺杂量为3wt%,在550℃下煅烧4 h时,TiO2的催化活性最佳,远远高于P-25的光催化效果。The TiO2 photocatalyst doped neodymium were prepared by sol-gel method and analyzed by X- ray diffraction( XRD), Scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy ( XPS), et al. The results showed that Nd doping retards the growth of crystalline size, hinders the phase transformation from anatase to rutile of TiO2 and enhances the thermal stability. The Ti-O-Nd bonds formed at the interface affects the surface chemical state and photocatalytic of nano TiO2. The effect of Nd- doped amount , calcination temperature , calcination time on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 were investigated by photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange. It was found that the optimal amount of Nd in Nd-doped TiO2 was 3wt% and the catalytic activity of TiO2 showed best when it was calcined at 550 ℃ for 4h, which had much higher photocatalytic effect than P-25.
