摘 要:本文首先就化学组成,物理性能及微观结构将矾土熟料和均质矾土熟料进行对比,然后研究了矾土熟料和均质矾土熟料在浇注料中的应用,分别讨论了原料对试样常温性能和高温性能的影响。结果表明:均质矾土熟料微观结构均匀,封闭气孔较多,与矾土熟料相比,具有较大的晶粒尺寸,优异的致密度、较小的显气孔率和吸水率;以均质矾土熟料为主要原料制备的试样在常温性能方面表现优异,高温性能反而不及矾土熟料试样。Several performances of the bauxite chamotte and homogenate bauxite, such as chemical composition, physical properties and the micro-structure were compared, then the application of bauxite chamotte and homogenate bauxite in the castable and the effect of different: materials on the sample at room temperature properties and high temperature properties were discussed. It is found that homogenate bauxite has uniform micro-structure and mostly closed pores, and homogenate bauxite has larger grain size, higher bulk density and lower water absorption rate than bauxite chamotte. Samples made of homogenate bauxite have excellent properties at room temperature but the high temperature performance is worse than bauxite chamotte.
