摘　　要：板形测量系统是基于TMS320F2812芯片为核心提出来的,它采用激光测距传感器来测量板形数据,然后利用DSP芯片的ADC模块进行数据采集,同时将采集的数据传输到液晶屏上,最终得到板材的平直度和波形。该技术的使用,有利于提高板形的检测效率,保证了检测精度,实用性强。The Flatness measuring system is based on the chip of TMS320F2812 as the core raised.It uses a laser sensor to measure the plate-shaped data,then uses the ADC module of DSP chips for data collection,while transferring the collected data to the LCD screen,ultimately get the plane degree and waveform of the plate.The use of technology will help improve the detection efficiency,ensure detection accuracy and practical.
