摘　　要：挣值法是一种项目成本进度同步分析和控制的有效方法，但也有其不足之处。本文通过实例演示证明了挣值法的具体不足之处．提出了解决这一问题的办法和思路．从而以达到在项目管理中有效应用挣值法的目的．Earned value method is a simultaneous analysis of the project schedule and cost effective method of control, but also has its shortcomings.
