摘 要:为了减小液压马达工作过程中的系统压力冲击,设计出具有压力缓冲功能的螺纹插装式溢流阀,建立带螺纹插装式溢流阀的液压马达数学模型,分析溢流阀芯锥度、液阻直径、敏感腔体积、弹簧刚度等结构参数对马达特性的影响,取得减小液压马达压力冲击的方法。采用250 kW液压马达综合性能试验台进行马达压力缓冲特性和压力切断特性试验,理论结果与试验结果的比较分析表明:溢流阀节流孔直径和弹簧刚度是影响马达特性的主要参数,敏感腔体积变化的影响较小;实际工况下某型马达缓冲压力和切断压力分别为11.0 MPa和34.8 MPa,缓冲压力时间为2 s。For cutting down pressure shock of hydraulic system in the process of motor driving, a pressure buffer capacity thread cartridge relief valve was designed. The mathematical model of hydraulic motor with threaded cartridge relief valve was established. The influence parameters, such as conical degree of main poppet, diameter of orifice, sensitive chamber volume, spring stiffness, were investigated through simulation. The pressure buffer and pressure cut-off characteristic tests were carried out on the 250 kW hydraulic comprehensive test-fig to test motor performance. The simulation and test results are compared and analyzed, which shows that sensitive chamber volume has a little effect on motor performance, while diameter of orifice and spring stiffness has great effect. The practical buffer pressure of motor, buffer pressure time and shut pressure of motor are respectively 11.0 MPa, 2 s and 34.8 MPa.
