摘  要:建立兆瓦级风力机偏航齿圈与塔架法兰处高强度联接螺栓联接三维模型并在Hypermesh前处理,在ABAQUS建立高强度联接螺栓接触模型,按照不同裂纹深度和不同裂纹长度对高强度联接螺栓螺纹底端表面裂纹和螺纹顶端表面裂纹的扩展进行仿真分析。研究结果表明:高强度联接螺栓最大应力位置与裂纹位置无关,均出现在螺纹连接第1个螺纹处;当初始裂纹设置在第1个螺纹处时,由于高强度联接螺栓联接结构裂纹处产生应力集中、发生裂纹扩展现象,导致高强度联接螺栓应力过大,严重影响连接可靠性,故应特别注意此类裂纹,并防止其出现。The 3D model of high-strength bolt connection between yaw gear ring of MW wind turbine generator system and tower flange was established and preprocessed in Hypermesh while the contact model of high-strength connecting bolts was built in ABAQUS. The simulation analysis of surface crack growth at both the bottom and top thread of high-strength connecting bolts was achieved according to different depths and lengths of crack. The results show that the position of the maximum stress for high-strength connecting bolts has nothing to do with the location of crack appearing at the first thread of thread connections. When the initial crack is set at the first thread, the stress in the high-strength bolts is excessive due to the occurrence of stress concentration and crack growth phenomena at the coupling structure of high-strength connecting bolts, seriously affecting the reliability of connection. Thus more attention should be paid to this kind of crack to prevent its appearance.
