诊治经眼眶和鼻窦及颅内残留异物1例

摘　　要：患者,男,29岁,因异物飞溅入右眼后眼痛、右鼻出血8h入院。异物为金属,具体大小、形状不详。体检：生命体征平稳;神清,平车推入,检查配合,右眼睑明显肿胀,眶内正常结构消失,无法窥清,无光感,运动不良,左眼球运动可,对光反射可,右侧鼻腔可见干涸血痂,口咽部无新鲜出血。鼻窦CT平扫可见：①右侧眼球挫裂伤;②右侧筛窦内异常密度影;③异物上界侵入颅底。This paper mainly reports a case with the foreign body staying in nasal sinus and cranium via orbit. CT manifests the foreign body staying in ethmoid sinus and entering the bottom of cranium After completing the relevant inspection, the patient unerwent right eye exenteration, encloseopie sinus surgery with general anesthesia in ernergeney to take out the foreign body in nasal sinus, and Cerebrospinal fluid leak repair surgery . Then the patient recovers well, futhermore, the symptom of eerebrospinal fluid leakage doesnrt appear after five months follow-up.
