摘　　要：新型磁力机械密封装置，特征是在轴封体上具有固定的密封压盖，它通过销与静环连接，动环通过销与定位座连接，定位座用紧定螺钉牢固地固定在泵轴上，铁磁性材料的动环与磁性材料的静环的密封端面通过磁性力紧密接触形成磁力密封。这种密封用磁力代替了弹簧力，使密封力恒定，密封结构简单，密封效果稳定可靠，使用维护方便。New type magnetic mechanical seal device, the feature is, fixed seal gland on the shaft seal body joint with the static ring through a pin, rotating ring fixed on the pump shaft by set screw joint with positioning seat through other pin, magnetic sealing will be created by close contacting of magnetic force of seal face between rotating ring made of ferromagnetic materials and static ring made of magnetic materials. Because of using magnetic force instead of the spring force, this seal, sealing force is constant, sealing structure is simple, sealing effect is stable and reliable, and operation and maintenance are convenient.
