摘　　要：电子商务提供了一个全新的商务平台，是促进经济增长和全球发展的潜在的发动机。面对信息化的挑战，实施电子商务是我国中小企业生存发展的必由之路。本文分析了电子商务环境下中小企业面，l鑫的机遏和挑战，分析了当前影响中小企业电子商务发展的主要障碍和困难，提出了促进中小企业电子商务发展的建议。Electronic commerce provide a new bussiness platform for the world,and it is the engine of the bussiness developing. Facing the challenge of informafionalization, the implementation of electronic commerce is the only way for the Small and Medium Enterprises in China to survive and develop.This paper talk about the channce and the challenge of the Small and Medium Enterprises in Electronic commerce area, analyse the difficulty of Small and Medium Enterprises how to develop Electronic commerce,then propose some idea to the Enterprises.
