局部应用β受体阻滞剂治疗婴儿眼部浅表型血管瘤观察

摘　　要：目的 评估β受体阻滞剂2％盐酸卡替洛尔滴眼液局部应用治疗婴儿浅表型血管瘤的临床疗效.方法 对2012年5月至2013年9月在天津医科大学眼科医院就诊的8例婴儿浅表型血管瘤患者,应用2％盐酸卡替洛尔滴眼液瘤体外敷,每次外敷时间持续30-60 min,一天2-4次,治疗周期6个月.结果 8例进行上述治疗的患儿中,5例达到病变消退＞75％,消退时间为1-6个月不等;2例病变缩小50％-75％,颜色变淡;1例病变无明显改变,病情控制无进展.在治疗及其随访期间均未见明显副反应或病情复发.结论 局部应用β受体阻滞剂2％盐酸卡替洛尔滴眼液治疗婴儿浅表型血管瘤效果显著,副反应小,有望成为浅表型血管瘤或早期血管瘤重要的治疗手段.Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of topical beta-blocker 2% Carteolol Hydrochloride eye drops for superficial Infantile gemangioma.Methods Eight cases of superficial infantile hemangiomas in Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital between May 2012 to September 2013 were topically applied 2% Carteolol Hydrochloride eye drops for 30-60 minutes twice to quarter a day,six months in all.Results Of all the eight cases,5 achieved completely regression （〉75%） of the tumor within 1 to 6 months,2 cases＇ tumor became significantly smaller （50%-75%）with lighter color and no changes was found in 1 case.No recurrence or remarkable side effects were found during the treatment and follow-up visit.Conclusions Topical applying of beta-blocker 2% Carteolol Hydrochloride eye drops for superficial infantile hemangioma show exciting results without remarkable side effects,and this may become one important mean of treatment for superficial or early stage infantile hemangiomas.
