摘 要:目的探讨显微手术治疗颅内巨大脑膜瘤的临床效果。方法选择从2011年5月至2013年5月我院46例巨大脑膜瘤患者,按手术方式分为观察组和对照组,观察组26例采用显微手术治疗,对照组20例患者采用开颅手术。观察2组患者术后并发症和神经功能改善情况。结果观察组并发症发生率为7.69%,对照组为40.00%,2组患者比较,P>0.05差异有统计学意义;治疗后观察组患者神经改善有效率为88.46%,对照组为85.00%,2组治疗前神经功能缺损评分比较,P<0.05无显著差异。结论显微手术治疗巨大脑膜瘤具有微创理念,效果良好,并发症也少,对患者神经功能损害小。Objective To analyze the effect of microsurgery in huge meningioma patients. Methods 26 cases of giant meningioma pa- tients were selected from May 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital as the observation group,while another 20 cases of meningioma at the same period as the control group. The control group were treated with craniotomy, and the observation group received microsurgical treatment. The postoperative complications and improvement in neurological function of 2 groups were observed and compared. Results The complication rate of observation group was 7.69%, which was lower than the control group with 40.00%. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Neurological deficit score before treatment between 2 groups was no significantly different ( P 〉 0.05 ). After treatment, the neurological improvement rate of observation group was 88.46%, with no significant difference for the control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Microsurgical treatment for giant meningiomas has the concept of minimally invasive, with good results, fewer complications and neurological impairment.
