循证护理干预在肝移植患者手术等待期的作用效果评价

摘　　要：目的：探讨循证护理干预在肝移植患者手术等待期的作用效果。方法以我院2011年1月～2013年7月收治的80例肝移植手术等待期患者为研究对象，按入院时间分为观察组（2012年2月～2013年7月，46例）与对照组（2011年1月～2012年1月，34例），所有患者均积极治疗原发病并行相应护理，观察组增加循证护理干预，比较两组患者心理症状水平，生理应激水平、治疗依从度和生活质量之间的差异。结果在心理症状水平的比较中，观察组显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），在生活质量和治疗依从度的比较中，观察组显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论循证护理干预可以在肝移植患者手术等待期中发挥积极作用，其不仅可以提高患者生理和心理应激水平，还可以提高患者治疗依从性，改善患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention for patients in the waiting period of liver transplantation.Methods80 patients who were admitted to our hospital and were in the waiting period of liver transplantation from January 2011 to July 2013 were selected as research subjects. They were allocated to an observation group （46 patients, February 2012 to July 2013） and a control group （34 patients, January 2011 to January 2012） according to admission order. All patients received active treatment for primary illness and related nursing care. Patients in the observation group further received evidence-based nursing intervention. Differences of mental symptoms, physiological stress, treatment compliance and life quality between the two groups were compared. Results Mental symptoms in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Life quality and treatment compliance in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention plays a positive role in the waiting period of liver transplantation. It not only improves the levels of patients’ physiological and mental stress, but also enhances patients＇ compliance and improves their life quality.
