循证护理对丹参与大黄治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨循证护理对丹参与大黄治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果影响。方法选取2012年10月～2014年2月我院消化内科收治的60例重症急性胰腺炎住院患者，随机分为两组，每组30例。对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予循证护理，比较不同护理措施对患者治疗效果的影响。结果观察组手术率为6.67%，病死率为10.00%，明显低于对照组的30.00%和30.00%（P＜0.05）。观察组发热及腹痛等症状改善时间明显早于对照组，且住院时间明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组住院第10天血淀粉酶及尿淀粉酶水平明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论循证护理对丹参与大黄治疗重症急性胰腺炎具有重要作用，可明显减少手术率及病死率，缩短治疗时间，促进病情恢复，值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the influence of evidence-based nursing on the effects of Danshen and Dahuang treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Eighty hospitalized patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to May 2013 were se lected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing. The influence of different nursing measures on the treatment effects was compared.Results The observation group had an operation rate of 6.67% and a case fatality rate of 10.00%, which were significantly lower than the 30.00% and 30.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The observation group had significantly earlier fever and stomachache improvement time than the control group and significantly shorter hospital stay than the control group （P〈0.05）. The observation group had significantly lower blood amylase and urine amylase levels than the control group on the 10th day of hospitalization （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing plays an important role in the Danshen and Dahuang treatment of severe acute pancreatitis, and can reduce the operation rate and case fatality rate obviously, shorten treatment time and promote disease recovery, thus should be widely applied.
