摘　　要：目的研究下咽鳞状细胞癌中整合素β1(Integrinβ1)表达及其与临床病理特征的关系,探讨其在下咽鳞状细胞癌发生、发展过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组化PV-9000二步法,检测50例下咽鳞状细胞癌及20例癌旁黏膜组织中的Integrinβ1表达水平,应用Image-ProPlus图像分析软件测定免疫组化图像的平均光密度(mean optical density,MOD)。结果 Integrinβ1蛋白在下咽鳞状细胞癌及癌旁黏膜组织中的阳性表达率分别为78.00%和35.00%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001),两组MOD值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Integrinβ1的表达与不同临床分期、组织学分级和是否伴淋巴转移相关(P<0.05);Integrinβ1与年龄、性别、吸烟史和原发部位的下咽鳞癌组别间的表达无关(P>0.05)。结论 Integrinβ1在下咽鳞状细胞癌组织中高表达可能介导了癌组织黏附和浸润,检测Integrinβ1可能对评估下咽鳞癌的生物学特性和临床特点有一定意义。Objective To detect the expression of Integrin-β1 in hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma,association with elinicopathologieal characteristics and the role in the development and progression of the tumor.Methods The expression of Integrin-β1 were detected in 50 specimens of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinomaand 20 specimens of normal hypopharyngeal tissue with immunohistochemistry PV 9000 two-step methods. ImageProPlus software was used for determining the mean optical density （ MOD ） of immunohistochemical images. ResultsThe overexpression rate of Integrin-β1 in specimens of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma （78. 00% ） wassignificantly higher than that in normal hypopharyngeal tissue （ 35. 00% , P = 0. 001 ）. The expression showedsignificant differences in different TNM stage, pathological grade and cervical lymph node metastasis groups （P 〈0.05 ） , and statistically indifferent in groups of different ages, genders, tobacco hobby, and the primary site of tumor（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The higher expression of Integrin-β1 in hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma mightmediate tumor adhesion and infiltration. The detection of Integrin-β1 might be helpful to assess the biologicalcharacteristics and clinical features of hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
