摘　　要：目的探讨氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合孟鲁司特治疗成人持续性中-重度变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法将99例患者按随机数字法分为A、B、C 3组,每组各33例。其中A组单纯给予氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂,每次每鼻孔1揿,每日早晚各1次;B组单纯给予孟鲁司特10 mg口服,每晚1次;C组为氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合孟鲁司特治疗,剂量、用法于A、B组相同。治疗4周后,比较各组临床症状总分及生活质量总分改善情况。结果 3组临床症状总分及生活质量总分与治疗前比较,均有改善(P<0.05);且C组临床症状总分及生活质量总分改善情况均高于A、B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合孟鲁司特治疗成人持续性中-重度变应性鼻炎有协同作用,较单独使用两药效果更好。Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined application of azelastine nasal spray andmontelukast to the treatment of adult consistent moderate to severe allergic rhinitis. Methods 99 adult patients withconsistent moderate to severe allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into group A, B and C equally. The patients ingroup A were treated with azelastine nasal spray 1 press per nostril every morning and evening. Those in group B weretreated with oral administration of 10mg montelukast every evening. The patients in group C received combinedapplication of azelastine nasal spray and montelukast as the same usage and dose with group A and group B. Thetherapeutic effect was evaluated with clinical symptom score and life quality score at the 4th week. Results Fourweeks after treatment, all patients of the 3 groups showed improvement in both clinical symptom score and life qualityscore （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Furthermore, the degree of improvement in both scores of group C was better than those of groupB and group C, and the differences were both statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion There is synergisticeffect of combination of azelastine nasal spray and montelukast for the treatment of adult consistent moderate to severeallergic rhinitis, which means their combination brings better efficacy than single use.
