摘  要:以2-(2-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三唑为起始原料,通过将正丁硫醇和碱反应合成正丁硫醇碱金属盐,使两者在非质子溶剂中反应制得含双硫键的苯并三唑化合物——5,5-二硫-双-[2-(2-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苯基)-2H-苯并三唑];通过1HNMR、FTIR、元素分析、FABMS等确定化合物分子结构,通过UV测试,测得其最大紫外吸收波长为364 nm,与普通商用紫外光吸收剂相比波长红移了约11 nm,且其在最大吸收波长处具有非常高的摩尔吸光系数,可达55 000 L/(mol·cm),是普通商用紫外光吸收剂的1倍以上,可以保护塑料、涂料和人的皮肤免受此类紫外光(320~400 nm)的损害,具有广泛应用价值。5, 5-Thiobis-[ 2-( 2-hydroxy-3, 5-di^tert-butylphenyl )-2H-benzotriazole ] containing a benzotriazole and a disulfide bond was synthesized from 2-( 2-hydroxy-3, 5-di-tert-butyl )-5- chloroazimino-benzene and n-butyl mercaptan alkali metal salt, with 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone in the absence of solvent. The structure was characterized by means of 1HNMR, FFIR, and FABMS. The UV spectra were measured. It was found that the maximum UV absorption wavelength is 364 nm, as compared with the ordinary commercial UV absorber wavelength, which is 353 nm, and that it has a very high molar absorptivity, which is up to 55 000 L/( mol · cm) in the maximum absorption wavelength, which is 2 times of the commercial UV absorber. It can protect plastics, coatings and human skin from ultraviolet(320 - 400 nm) damage, and has a wide range of application.
