摘　　要：目的：探讨脉炎消口服液在体外对人脐动脉平滑肌细胞（HUASMCs）增殖的影响及其作用机制。方法：体外组织贴块培养HUASMCs，并传2～3代，免疫组化法进行鉴定；采用MTT法观察不同体积分数脉炎消口服液（0．4％、4％、40％）对HUASMCs细胞增殖的抑制作用；采用RT-PCR法检测不同体积分数脉炎消口服液（0．4％、4％、40％）对HUASMCs细胞IL-6mRNA表达水平的影响。结果：组织块贴壁法原代培养HUASMCs，传3代后，阳性细胞率为90％；脉炎消口服液对HUASMCs的增殖具有明显的抑制作用，且体积分数在一定范围内（0．4％～40％）呈浓度依赖性。结论：脉炎消口服液抑制HUASMCs增殖的作用是通过下调细胞IL．6mRNA的表达水平而实现的。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Maiyanxiao oral solution on the proliferation of human umbilical artery smooth muscle cells （HUASMCs） in vitro. METHODS： HUASMCs were culture with the method of tissue adherent and passed 2-3 generations, then were identified by immunohistochemistry; the inhibitory effects of HUASMCs proliferation on different volume fraction of Maiyanxiao oral solution （0.4%, 4%, 40% ） were detected by MTT assay. The effects of different volume fraction of Maiyanxiao oral solution （0.4%, 4%, 40% ） on the expression of IL-6 mRNA were detected by RT-PCR. RESULTS： After HUASMCs were culture with the method of tissue adherent and passed 3 generations, 90% positive cells were identi- fied by immunohistochemistry. The proliferation of HUASMCs inhibited by Maiyanxiao oral solution, which showed obvious volume fraction dependence in a certain range （0.4%-40%）. CONCLUSIONS： HUASMCs proliferation is suppressed by Maiyanxiao oral solution through down-regulating the expression of IL-6 mRNA.
