摘  要:目的:优选茯苓皮总三萜的提取工艺。方法:以茯苓皮总三萜提取率为评价指标,以乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间为考察因素,分别采用单因素试验和星点设计-效应面法优选茯苓皮总三萜的提取工艺。结果:最优工艺条件为乙醇体积分数为70%,料液比为1∶10(g/ml),提取时间为0.5 h。该条件下,茯苓皮总三萜提取率为2.99%。验证试验结果为3.02%,与预测值接近。结论:该方法简便合理、稳定、可预测性优,可用于茯苓皮总三萜的提取。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of triterpene from Poria cocos. METHODS : The single factor test and central composite design and response surface method were optimized with ethanol concentration, extraction time and ratio of solvent to raw material as factors using the content of triterpene as index. RESULTS:The optimized technology was as follows: ethanol concentration of 70%, ratio of raw material to solvent 1 : 10(g/ml), extracting for 0.5 h. The content of triterpene in P cocos was 2.99%. The result of verification test was 3.02%, which was closed to the predicted value. CONCLUSIONS:The method is reasonable, stable and predictable, and can be used for the extraction of triterpene from P cocos.
