摘　　要：目的：建立测定肾王膏中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Chromasil C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．5％磷酸溶液（27：73，V／V），流速为1．0ml／min，柱温为30℃，检测波长为270nm。结果：淫羊藿苷的进样量在0．0905～0．3620μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈3％；平均加样回收率为101．24％，RSD=1．25％（n=9）。结论：该方法简便、快速、重复性好，可用于肾王膏的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for content determination of icariin in Shenwang cream. METHODS： HPLC method was used. The determination was performed on Chromasil C18（250×4.6mm,5μm） column with mobile phase consisted of acetoneitrile-5% phosphoric acid （27：73, V/V） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was 30℃, and detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. RESULTS： The liner range of icariin was 0.090 5-0.362 0μg（r=0.999 8）. RSD of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 3% with an average recovery of 101.24% （RSD=1.25%, n=9）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple, rapid and repeatable. It can be used for quality control of Shenwang cream.
