中药师在中医科的临床实践与体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药师在中医科开展临床药学服务的工作方式。方法:中药师深入临床开展针对医师、护士、患者的药学服务,并关注中药注射剂、化学药品的合理使用及不良反应。结果:中药师提供的药学服务可提高中医科临床药物治疗效果并减少用药风险。结论:中药师深入临床开展药学服务工作,可为患者用药的安全性、合理性、有效性发挥应有的作用。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the working mode of TCM pharmacists providing pharmaceutical care in TCM department. METHODS： TCM pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for physicians, nurses and patients, and paid attention to ratio- nal use of TCM injection, chemical drugs and ADR. RESULTS： TCM pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care to improve thera- peutic efficacy and reduce the risk of drug use in TCM department. CONCLUSIONS： TCM pharmacists play an effective role on safe, rational and effective drug use through actively carrying out clinical pharmaceutical care.
