踝关节镜下应用骨软骨移植术治疗骨软骨病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：研究在踝关节镜下采用骨软骨移植技术治疗骨软骨病损的效果。方法选择在2012年1月1日到2013年1月1日来我院就诊的患者，共31名患者。所有的研究对象的治疗方式是在踝关节镜下应用骨软骨移植术治疗骨软骨损疾病。治疗后对这些患者进行长时间的随访，了解治疗后患者的恢复情况以及这种治疗的方式的治疗的有效性。结果经过踝关节镜下的骨软骨移植术的治疗后，在出院后的第3、6、9、12、15个月后对全部的研究对象进行随访和观察，了解患者在移植术后的关节功能的恢复情况。在出院后的第3、6、9、12、15个月后分别有4、7、15、21、28例能够有效的恢复患者关节功能的情况，其概率分别为12．9％、22．6％、48．4％、67．7％、90．3％。结论通过上述的结果可了解，在踝关节镜下采用骨软骨移植的技术能够有效的治疗骨软骨病损。Objective To research the curative effect of bone and cartilage transplantation under ankle arthroscopy in the treatment of osteochondrosis.Method Selected 31 patients of our hospital from January 1,2012 to 2013 on 1 January.All subjects＆#39;treatment methods were the application of bone and cartilage transplantation in the treatment of cartilage and bone loss diseases in the ankle arthroscopy.After treatment for the long time,did follow-up to these patients,got to know the recovery situation of patients and validity of this treatment way. Results After bone and cartilage transplantation under ankle arthroscopy,the study were followed up and observed in 3,6,9,12,15 months after discharge ,understood the patients ＆#39;joint recovery function after transplantation.In 3,6,9,12,15 months after discharge,there were 4,7,15,21,28 turned normal joint function patients effectively,the probability was respectively 12.9%,22.6%,48.4%,67.7%, 90.3%.Conclusion The results shows that using the bone and cartilage transplantation technique in ankle arthroscopy are effective in the treatment of osteochondral lesions.
