曼月乐环的临床应用价值及其不良反应正确认识

摘　　要：目的探讨曼月乐环在治疗子宫腺肌症及功能失调性子宫出血的临床应用价值及其不良反应情况。方法将262例妇女按照病情情况分为A组(子宫腺肌病)及B组(功能失调性子宫出血),2组患者均在确认无相关禁忌后安放曼月乐环,比较疗效情况。结果功能失调性子宫出血放置第12m、第3m及治疗前的月经周期分别为(31.5±3.1)d、(29.5±3.7)d、(22.2±4.8)d;月经天数分别为(6.3±0.9)d、(7.5±2.2)d、(9.6±3.2)d;子宫腺肌症孕妇放置第12m、第3m及放置前痛经评分分别为(0.14±0.01)分、(1.09±0.4)分、(33.41±0.84)分;月经量分别为(39.4±16.1)mL、(67.3±22.5)mL、(146.5±36.2)mL;子宫体积分别为(216.2±52.7)cm3、(234.5±86.4)cm3、(245.09±89.4)cm3,2组比较,P均<0.05,且2组均无明显不良反应。结论曼月乐环在治疗功能失调性子宫出血及子宫腺肌症疗效可靠,不良反应轻,值得应用。Objective To explore the value and adverse reactions of Mirena ring in the treatment of adenomyosis and dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 262 patients were divided into A group （adenomyosis） and B （dysfunctional uterine bleeding） group, all patients placed Mirena ring after conifrming that no relevant taboos. Results Menstrual cycle were（31.5±3.1）d、（29.5±3.7）d、（22.2±4.8）d, menstrual days were（6.3±0.9） d、（7.5±2.2）d、（9.6±3.2）d at the 12 m, 3 m and pre-treatment in A group, dysmenorrhea scores were （0.14 ± 0.01）、（1.09 ± 0.4）、（33.41 ± 0.84）, uterine volume was （216.2 ± 52.7）cm 3、（234.5 ± 86.4）cm 3、（245.09 ± 89.4 ） cm 3 at the 12 m, 3 m and pre-treatment in B group, bothP〈0.05,and the adverse reactions compared were no signiifcant difference. Conclusion Mirena ring in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding and uterine adenomyosis were effective and reliable, adverse reactions, it worth Application.
