摘　　要：以面对读者服务，提高读者服务质量和读者满意度为目的，讨论现有的图书馆流通管理系统增加“新书时段”设定、模糊检索、未检索到图书上报、手机短消息提醒、动态图书清点等人性化功能。For the purpose of improving the quality of reader service and satisfaction, discussion of the existing library circulation management system to adding the humanized function of setting the time to new publicatio-ls, fuzzy retrieves, failing to retrieve the book report, mobile phone short message to remind, dynamic book checking and SO On.
