摘  要:目的探讨生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)在小儿先天性心脏病合并心力衰竭中的水平。方法选择2011年3月至2011年9月巴中市中心医院就诊的先天性心脏病患儿62例,按是否合并心力衰竭分为心力衰竭组和非心力衰竭组,检测两组血清GDF-15和B型利钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平以及左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果心力衰竭组血清GDF-15和NT-proBNP水平显著高于非心力衰竭组,LVEF显著低于非心力衰竭组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论先天性心脏病合并心力衰竭患儿血清GDF-15明显升高,GDF-15可能成为先天性心脏病合并心力衰竭的辅助诊断生物学标记物。Objective To investigate the expression of growth differentiation factor -15 in heart failure induced by congenital heart disease. Methods Sixty - two patients with heart failure induced by congenital heart disease were enrolled in our study from March 2011 to September 2011 in Bazhong central hospital. Patients were assigned into group of heart failure and group non - heart failure group according to whether complicating with heart failure or not. Plasma concentration of GDF -15 and NT - proBNP were measured by ELISA. LVEF was detected by ultrasonic cardiogram. Results The group heart failure demonstrated a significant higher plasma concentration of GDF -15 and NT - proBNP,and LVEF decreased compared with Group non - Heart Failure( P ﹤0.01). Conclusion Plasma concentration of GDF -15 is elevated in patients with heart failure induced by congenital heart disease. It may be a helpful auxiliary biomarker in diagnosis of heart failure induced by congenital heart disease.
