摘　　要：为解决采矿权审批中数据实时性不强，有效资源不能共享等缺陷，研发了基于.NET 的采矿权联网审批管理系统，该系统依托全省国土资源主干网和全省统一的国土资源电子政务平台，采用B/S模式和AJAX、Web Service等技术，实现了采矿权联网审批系统的快速搭建和灵活配置。系统的运行规范了审批流程、提高了审批效率，为在全省范围内推广提供了全新的思路和方法。In order to solve problems occurred in examination and approval of mining rights, such as insufficiency of real-time of data and sharing of effective resources, a system of online approval of mining rights based on .NET is developed. This system is integrated in the whole backbone network and the unified e-government platform of land and resources of Henan Province, using B/S mode and AJAX, Web Service and other technologies, with characteristics of fast building up and flexible configuration. Application of system, which standardized examination and approval process and improved efficiency of examination and approval, provided new ideas and methods for its publicity within Henan Province.
