摘 要:本文以陕县土地整治项目为例,重点论述了在农用地整治项目中水资源供需平衡的计算过程与模式,量化分析了在项目区农业灌溉的水资源平衡,特别是运用地表水和地下水联合使用,相互调济的模式下,如何进行水资源供需平衡计算,为我国黄土丘陵干旱地区进行农用地整治项目的立项和实施,提供水资源供需平衡计算和模式研究提供借鉴。Taking the land renovation project of Shanxian county as an example, the article has discussed calculation and the model of the balance between water resources supply and demand during farmland renovation project, and has made a quantitative analysis on the balance. Especially it has elaborated how to make the balance calculation on water resources supply and demand under the model of combined use and transfer between surface water and groundwater, which provide a good reference on balance calculation and model research of water resources supply and demand for the establishment and implementation on farmland renovation projects in arid loess hilly areas of China.
