政产学研合作培养卓越物流工程人才的若干思考

摘　　要：卓越物流工程人才的培养有赖于政府、企业、高校的深度合作。在对政产学研合作培养卓越物流工程人才的必要性进行分析的基础上,基于我国物流工程人才培养的现状与特点,就如何加快推进政产学研合作培养卓越物流工程人才提出了四点对策建议。其研究结论可供相关政府部门、高校和企业决策时参考。Excellent logistics engineering talents cultivation depends on the depth of the government, enterprises, colleges and universities cooperation. On the basis of the analysis of the necessity of administration-production-university-institute cooperation cultivating talents of excellent logistics engineering and based on the present situation and characteristics of logistics engineering talents cultivation in China, four and suggestions are put forward on how to accelerate administration-production-university-institute cooperation cultivating talents of excellent logistics engineering. The research conclusion can be made for the relevant government departments, universities and enterprises decision-making reference.
