摘 要:针对克拉玛依红山油田废弃钻井液的类型及完井过程中会产生大量废弃完井液的特点,研究出了一套对废弃钻、完井液综合处理的方法。利用完井液废弃物代替清水对钻井液废弃物稀释来进行化学脱水处理,脱水后钻井液废弃物固相含量达到40%以上,大大地降低了固相处理量,降低了固相处理的费用。对于化学脱水分离出的液相采取专用水处理装置现场进行絮凝沉降、过滤处理,对于预处理后的固相采取固化处理。处理后液相及固化物的浸出液均能达到国家污染物综合排放标准(GB 8978—1996)一级标准要求。An integrated processing method was developed to treat the large amount of waste drilling and completion fluids in produced in Hongshan Oilfield. In this method, waste completion fluid, instead of fresh water, is used to dilute waste drilling fluid and then the diluted waste fluid was chemically dewatered, leaving more than 40% of solids in the waste fluid. The solids are then treated to make them hardened. The treatment cost for waste solids is thus greatly reduced. The liquid phase separated from the waste fluid was disposed of onsite using special water treatment plant. The formulation of dewatering agent and flocculating settling treatment of the liquid phase from the waste fluid were studied in laboratory, and an optimized program was presented in treating waste completion fluid from Well Hong-003. The treatment of the waste completion satisfied the requirement of National Pollutant Discharge Standards(Class A).
