摘　　要：吐哈油田神泉地区地层岩性差异大,含多段盐膏层,易溶解、水化膨胀,造成井径不规则或形成"糖葫芦""大肚子"井眼,给固井带来很大的困难。针对以上固井难点,通过室内研究,形成了一套抗盐、防窜且综合性能好的水泥浆体系,该水泥浆采用饱和盐水配浆,失水量也能控制在50 mL以内,水泥石膨胀率可达18.6%;研制了一种现场配制方便、适用性强的先导浆相容剂,解决了该地区钻井液与水泥浆相容性差的问题,提高了顶替效率;该套固井液体系配合应用三密三凝水泥浆体系,紊流、塞流复合顶替等工艺措施,解决了神泉地区盐膏层固井技术难题,在神泉、胜南、葡北等区块进行了33井次的现场应用,固井质量合格率为100%。Wells drilled in Shenquan area(Tuha) penetrated water sensitive swelling formations of different rocks containing salt and gypsum. The solution of formation salt and gypsum resulted in a series of hole wash-outs, bringing difficulties to the cementing job. A salt-resistant, anti-channeling of cement slurry was developed through laboratory experiments. This cement slurry has fluid loss less than 50 mL even formulated with saturated brine, and the rate of expansion of the set cement is 18.6%. An adaptive comptibilizer for use in lead slurry was developed for field use with the cement slurry. Using compound turbulent/plug flow displacing technology, this cement slurry, together with a three-density three-stage cement slurry, successfully solved the cementing difficulties in salt and gypsum formations. Cementing jobs conducted in 33 wells in Shenquan, Shengnan and Pubei blocks were 100% up to scratch.
