摘  要:大量的永久性封堵作业表明,采用水硬性颗粒封堵剂能够满足对地层永久性封堵的要求,以超细水泥为代表的封堵剂在封堵中渗地层中发挥了重要作用。为了封堵低渗透地层及一些特殊的工程需要,研制了纳米级封堵材料。其固相成分的粒径均为纳米级,粒径减小不但使其能够进入渗透率更小的地层;而且该封堵剂还具有一些特殊的性能,如无需添加膨胀剂固化体体积就会膨胀、浆体具有高流动度等。介绍了纳米级封封堵剂的生产方法及粒径检测结果、封堵剂的性能及现场应用实例。Field practices have shown that hydraulic particles as plugging agent, satisfy the need for permanent plugging of formation. Ultra-fine particle cement plays an important role in sealing and plugging formations of medium permeability. To seal and plug formations of low permeability and satisfy other special needs, a nano-meter hydraulic particle plugging agent was developed. This plugging agent has particle sizes of less than 1μm, with average particle size of less than 400 nm, and ratio of particles finer than 100 nm exceeding 21%. It is made by a high energy nano impact mill. The plugging agent is easy to disperse in water. Slurries treated with this plugging agent expand after solidification without the need for expansion agent, and have adjustable thickening time. The plugging agent has satisfactory compressive strength and low air permeability. It has been successfully used in an exploration well of five-interval in the 3rd structure, Nanpu, Jidong Oilfield.
