中西医结合治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将150例2型肥胖型糖尿病患者随机分成治疗组与对照组各75例,2组均采用相同的西医综合治疗,治疗组在西医综合治疗的基础上结合中医治疗,观察2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组降糖总有效率为82.7%明显优于对照组的53.3%;治疗组体质量下降总有效率为72.0%明显优于对照组的40.0%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医综合治疗的基础上结合中医治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病,疗效确切,可明显改善患者血糖及体质量指数水平,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes. Methods 150 cases of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 75 cases. Two groups were treated with the same western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given with TCM treatment based on western medicine treatment. The clinical curative effects of 2 groups were observed. Results The curative effect of treatment group was82. 7%,which was better than 53. 3%of the control group; the total effective rate of the decrease of body weight in treatment group was 72. 0%,which was better than 40. 0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Chinese medicine treatment of obese type 2 diabetes based on the western medicine treatment has definite effect and can significantly improve the blood glucose and body mass index,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
