摘 要:为了探究保水剂不同用量对甘蔗抗旱性的影响,采用模拟干旱的方式进行测定,同时研究了保水剂能够发挥作用的土壤水分条件。盆栽模拟试验表明,土壤中施入保水剂可以增加20.49%~50.82%的土壤含水量,为甘蔗在干旱条件下提供水分,缓解其所受到的干旱胁迫。在控水条件下,施用保水剂的甘蔗其相对含水量和叶绿素含量比对照高,质膜透性、SOD活性、MDA含量和脯氨酸的含量比对照低。保水剂每667 m2施用量为3.0 kg时,其效果较好。保水剂可以通过延缓水分蒸发维持湿润的土壤环境,从而达到抗旱效果;但保水剂不是供水剂,当土壤含水量低于6%时,应同时采用其他抗旱措施进行抗旱。In order to research the influence of different dosage of water retaining agent on drought resistance in sugarcane,simulated drought manner was used.At the same time,the soil moisture conditions which water retaining agent could play the role were studied.Potted simulation experiments showed that increased by 20.49%-50.82% by appling water retaining agent to the soil.It provided water for sugarcane under drought conditions and reduce the drought stress.Water retaining agent could increase the relative water content and chlorophyll content in sugarcane under water control conditions,at the same time,reduced the amount of permeability of plasma membrane,SOD activity,MDA and Proline contents.It was better to apply 3.0 kg per 667 m2 of water retaining agent.Water retaining agent can retard evaporation,keep the soil environment moist to achieve the effect of drought resistance.But water retaining agent isn't supply agent,we must take other drought measures when soil moisture is below 6%.
