摘 要:为了研究不同砧木嫁接对四倍体西瓜新品种兴桂六号生长及产量、品质的影响,为其大面积嫁接栽培提供科学依据,选用7个砧木与兴桂六号进行嫁接试验和田间栽培试验。结果表明,7个砧木嫁接组合的嫁接成活率为78.95%~96.30%;生长势均强于实生苗,最强的为白籽南瓜,其次为超丰F1,再次为大蒲瓜;枯萎病发病率比对照降低57.14%~92.86%;产量比对照增产18.13%~55.13%;嫁接与实生苗的果实在瓤色、果实质地、口感风味方面差别不明显,果实中心可溶性固形物含量不同程度降低,皮厚不同程度增加。用广西本地葫芦、超丰F1、杂交葫芦与兴桂六号西瓜嫁接,能明显促进西瓜植株的生长,有效预防枯萎病,显著提高产量。In order to provide references for large-scale promotion of the new and fine tetraploid watermelon variety Xingui 6,effects of different rootstocks grafting on growth,yield and quality of Xingui 6 were studied.Seven rootstocks were grafted with Xingui 6 in field cultivation experiments.The results showed that grafting survival rate of the seven grafting combinations was 78.95%-96.30%.Their growth vigor was stronger than that of seedlings.The top three strongest in order was Cucurbita moschata,Chaofeng F1 and Lagenaria sciceraria.Wilt incidence was dropped by 57.14%-92.86% compared with the control and yield increased by 18.13%-55.13% compared with the control.Regarding flesh color,fruit quality and taste,there was no significant difference between the grafted plants and seedlings.Total soluble solid content in fruit center reduced at varying degrees and the pericarp became thicker.The screened rootstocks were Guangxi local cucurbit,Chaofeng F1 and hybrid gourd,because they effectively prevented wilt and remarkably promoted watermelon growth and yield.
