摘 要:研究采用螺杆+频率可调脉冲提速工具+PDC钻头的钻具组合,此钻具组合可以充分发挥螺杆旋转带动钻头高速破岩和脉冲射流高效清岩的效应,最终实现提高机械钻速、提高钻头进尺、缩短钻井周期的目的。同时分析了频率可调脉冲提速工具结构和脉冲射流提速机理。通过三个区块三口井现场试验结果表明,脉冲射流技术提高复合钻井机械钻速33.14%-56.64%,缩短钻井周期32.17%-43.91%。频率可调脉冲提速工具结构简单、性能可靠、提速效果好,与螺杆+PDC钻头形成的钻具组合应用经济效益显著,具有较广泛的推广价值。A new BHA was formed by PDC bit + screw motor + adjustable frequency pulsed jet tool. The BHA can break rock,clean cutting efficiently,improve ROP and shorten drilling cycle. The structure of adjustable frequency pulsed jet tool and the mechanism of pulsed jet were analyzed. The BHA has been tested in 3 wells. The field test results showed that therates of penetration were improved by 33. 14% ~ 56. 64% and drilling cycles were reduced by 32. 17% ~ 43. 91%,and the performance of adjustable frequency pulsed jet tool was dependable. Compared with the PDC bit + screw motor BHA,the PDC bit + screw motor + adjustable frequency pulsed jet tool BHA has greater application potential in deep well drilling.
