摘 要:页岩气井主要采用水平井完井和可钻式桥塞分层大型水力加砂压裂等系列工艺技术进行开发。大规模加砂压裂后钻塞洗井以及地面连续返排期间,返排液中往往含有大量的砂粒,需要采用有效的除砂方式,以保证地面流程的安全,防止在作业过程中管线或设备发生堵塞或刺漏,引发安全事故。目前四川盆地页岩气井在钻塞返排过程中,主要采用双筒滤砂器进行除砂作业,如何保证双筒滤砂器的除砂效率,关键涉及到滤网的选择以及正确的除砂工艺操作流程。文中主要介绍目前页岩气地面测试中双筒滤砂器的正确使用方法、滤网的选择以及流程的优化设计,并针对双筒滤砂器在使用过程中出现的关键问题进行探讨,提出有效的解决方法,从而保证页岩气井在钻塞、洗井、返排与测试各工艺环节当中的安全可靠,为其它盆地的页岩气地面除砂作业提供参考。In the exploration and development of shale gas reservoirs,the horizontal well completion techniques and massive hydraulic sand fracturing of separate layers have been widely used. During plug-milling after massive sand fracturing,backflow fluids always contain large quantities of sand. Therefore,an effective way of removing sand is needed to ensure the safety of the surface flow-back & well-testing system and protect pipe-works or equipment from blocking. At present,two-compartment sand filter has been widely used to remove sand during plug-milling operation in Sichuan shale gas well. The correct way of using two-compartment sand filter,the choosing of filter screen and the optimization of the surface FB /WT system were introduced,and the major problems existent in application of two-compartment sand filter were discussed,and the effective solutions were put forward to ensure the safe and reliable of sand filter in plug-milling,well cleanout,flow-back and well testing operation of shale gas well.
