摘  要:由于四川气田气井具有气水关系复杂、密封介质油气水混合或者压井液、含微量杂质和天然气以及地层压力较高特点,随着四川气田螺杆泵排水采气工艺技术应用及发展,暴露出密封效果不好、密封压力等级低、填料更换频繁、传统填料密封驱动头已不能满足生产需求的问题,从而造成气井控制和环境保护的困难,增加生产管理成本。为了解决这一问题,通过技术引进及攻关研究,完善工具配套,提高动密封压力等级,开展了螺杆泵高压驱动头的研制。经过室内及现场试验,该高压机械密封驱动头具有密封等级高、密封效果良好、性能可靠的特点。确保了螺杆泵排水采气井的安全生产,有效地解决了环境保护问题。有利于螺杆泵排水采气工艺技术的深入发展和推广应用。With the development and application of screw pump drainage gas recovery technology in Sichuan gas field,some problems were appeared,such as bad sealing effect,low sealing pressure grade,frequent changing filling material etc.,traditional packing seal driving head couldn't meet the needs of gas well production,resulting in difficulties of gas well control and environmental protection and increasing the cost of production and management. In order to solve the problem,the high pressure mechanical seal drive head was developed. Field application showed that the high pressure mechanical seal drive head has the characteristics of high seal grade,good sealing effect and reliable performance. The driving head could ensure the safety production of screw pump drainage gas recovery wells,and effectively solve the problem of the environmental protection.
