摘 要:埕岛近海油井的地层采出液有近80%以原油乳状液形式存在,采出液的稳定性很大程度上取决于由天然乳化剂形成的界面膜,因此目前针对采出液破乳的研究,主要集中在破乳剂对界面性质的影响上。文章通过研究常规破乳剂的机理、合成改性的方法,合成了针对胜利海上油井的新型高效原油破乳剂SNT-05,在实验室内进行破乳试验取得成功后,进一步进行了现场解堵试验。现场试验后的追踪检测对于海洋采油厂几口典型的油井增产十分明显,几口油井平均有效期已经超过一年,经济效益十分显著,其成果对于相似油田的油井管理、堵塞原因分析、施工工艺技术研究、解堵剂研制和解堵选井及化学解堵施工具有重要参考价值。Eighty percent of the produced fluid from the Chengdao offshore oil well are crude oil emulsion,the stability of the produced fluid mostly depends on the interfacial film forming by the natural emulgator,so,the research on the demulsification focus on the influence of deemulsifying agent on the interfacial property. The SNT-05 demulsifying agent suited for Shengli Oilfield offshore well was synthesized by studying the mechanism and modification methods of the conventional demulsifier. The field broken down experiment showed that the SNT-05 had obviously increase production effect,the average validity period of wells had beyond one year,the economic benefit was remarkable. The research achievement has important value for the management,the emulsification clogging reasons analysis and removement technology research of similar oil well.
