摘 要:四川网内某些严重故障将导致川渝区间低频振荡,影响交流特高压的稳定运行,限制了川渝断面的输送容量。针对此问题,利用辨识方法得到被控电力系统针对某个模式的降阶模型,然后根据该降阶模型设计了发电机附加励磁控制器,该控制器以川渝联络线功率为反馈信号,通过反馈控制降低联络线功率振荡的幅度,减轻四川网内故障对交流特高压的冲击,从而提高川渝断面的输送容量。华中—华北电网仿真算例表明了所设计的控制器的有效性。该控制器可增加川渝断面输送功率达640 MW,对延时也有很好的适应性。Some serious faults of Sichuan power grid wound affect the stable operation of the Ultra High Voltage AC(UHVAC) transmission line, thus limit the transmission capacity of Sichuan and Chongqing section. For this reason, the reduced order model of a controlled power system to a mode was obtained through the identification method. Then, based on the model a Generator Supplementary Excitation Controller(GSEC) was designed. The power signal of the tie line between Sichuan and Chongqing was used as the feedback of the GSEC. Through the power feedback control, the power oscillation amplitude of the tie line was decreased, the impact of faults in Sichuan power grid to the UHVAC transmission line was reduced and the section transmission capacity of Sichuan and Chongqing was improved. Simulation results of North and Central China Power Grid verify the effectiveness of the GSEC, and show that the controller can increase the transmission power of 640 MW in Sichuan and Chongqing section, meanwhile has good adaptability to delay.
