摘 要:给出了大功率应用场合下多电平注入式电流源变换器的拓扑结构和开关触发时序。该拓扑通过控制与多抽头电抗器相连的开关器件,产生一定规律的多电平电流注入到常规12相主桥变换器中。主桥开关器件1个电网周期开关1次,开关频率低,将具有一定规律的电流波形注入2个并联主桥,不仅降低了一次侧交流输出电流的谐波畸变率,而且实现了主桥零电平换相。实验装置采集波形与PSCAD/EMTDC仿真波形吻合。The topologicl structure of multi-level injection current source converter applied in high power circumstance and the triggered sequence of vavles are given. Through controlling the switching devices connected to multi-tap reactor, the multilevel current with certain regularity is generated and injected into conventional 12-phase main bridge converter. The main switching devices turn on once within one power frequency period, so the switching frequency is low. Injecting the current with a certain regularity of waveform into to parallelly connected main bridges, not only the harmonic distortion rate of output current at primiary side is reduced, but also the zero-level commutation of the main bridge is imlemented. The waveforms collected from experimental device are coincided with waveforms obtained from PSCAD/EMTDC-based simulation results.
