摘 要:为解决配电网小电流接地系统的单相接地故障定位难题,研发了一套基于无线通信的配电网单相接地故障定位系统,该系统主要包括线路测量单元和监控主站2部分。线路测量单元安装在配电网各主要节点上,监控主站配置在变电站中。该系统通过ZigBee模块实现单元子节点之间的通信,通过GPRS模块实现测量单元与主站的通信,全网通过GPS实现同步采样。该系统适用于多种故障定位方法,能够实现电气量同步采集、无线通信、数据存储、状态监测和故障定位等功能。与定位系统相对应,还提出一种"先定段,后定位"的故障定位思想。理论分析、PSCAD仿真和动模实验验证了该系统和所提故障定位思想的正确性和有效性。In allusion to the difficulty of single-phase earth fault location in distribution system with non-solidly earthed network, a wireless communication based single-phase earth fault location system composed of line-measuring units and a monitoring station is developed. The line-measuring units are installed at main nodes of the distribution system and the monitoring station is configured in substation. In the developed system the communication among line-measuring units is implemented by ZigBee module and the communication among line-measuring units and monitoring station is implemented by GPRS module, and the synchronization of the sampling in the whole distribution system is implemented by GPS. The developed fault location system is suitable for various kinds of fault locations and by which such functions as synchronized sampling of electric operating parameters, wireless communication, data storage, operational state monitoring and fault location can be realized. Corresponding to the fault location system, a thinking of fault location, namely firstly determining the branch where fault occurs and then locating the fault, is proposed. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed fault location thinking are validated by the results of theoretical analysis, PSCAD-based simulation and dynamic simulation experiments.
